Lisvane is a wealthy area of Cardiff, in Wales, United Kingdom, located just north of the city centre, nestling neatly between city and countryside.

Places of interest include the earthworks at Graig Llwyn which is reported to be the oldest man-made feature in Lisvane according to several archaeologists, but is unconfirmed as such.

Lisvane is predominantly a farming community with little in the way of major employers. There are some retail outlets and pubs and coffee shops, but mostly people commute to the city centre, or even Bristol and London, if they require greater resources.
